Bus Paint Booth
Bus bodies present a serious challenge in paint booth engineering: large surface areas, high ceiling clearance requirements, and the need for consistent air distribution across the full length of the enclosure. Blowbal's bus paint booth is designed for bus manufacturing and refurbishing applications, with extended internal dimensions, reinforced structural framing, and high-capacity ventilation to match the scale of the work. As established bus paint spray booth manufacturers, we configure multi-stage filtration, overhead lighting banks, and wide-access entry to accommodate standard and non-standard body formats. A spray paint booth for buses in custom dimensions for articulated and low-floor models is available on request.

Ready-to- assemble: Our bus paint booths are quite easy to assemble as the panels align exactly, bolt holes are aligned as well as punched and window holes are perfect computer cut, to ensure swift and efficient assembly.
